So i'm very, very hungry. we have no chocolate. And I want sweeties.
I really wanted to make cupcakes, but hey, hey we have no butter :'(
We also have no solid chocolate. However, we DO have:
Eggs
Flour
Milk
Dessicated coconut (I have no idea why)
Sour cream (again, no idea why)
cream cheese
honey
maple syrup
quite a bit of chocolate powder for cooking and drinking
porridge oats which we never use much
yogurt which we need to use before it expires
caster sugar
icing sugar
lemons, apples and bananas.
Any ideas?
I just want sweeties!

If you have granulated sugar or don't mind any of your various other sugars you can mix the cream cheese sugar and a little honey or even the yogurt and dip your fruits in it.

We never use butter in our recipes. instead we use the same amount of crisco (it is like margarine.) You can also substitute an equal amount of trans fat-free vegetable shortening or 3/4 cups of oil for every one cup of butter. Canola oil is best because of its bland flavor. Fruit purees, like applesauce, are often used in place of butter. For every 1/2 cup of fruit puree, add one to four tablespoons of oil and cut back a bit on the sugar.
